Bridge Building

As a result of the meeting at the May Launch, we determined the weekend of
May 30 & 31 will be when we are going to build our bridges. We will be
constructing 3 bridges. 2 log (with planking) and 1 barrel (with planking).
We will need every able bodied person we can muster to help. We will be
cutting down trees, limbing, dragging and positioning them. We'll be cutting
wood, planking the logs and anchoring them. We'll also be framing the
barrel bridge, decking it, and testing it. :-) With a lot of help and a
little luck, we should be able to get it done in one weekend.

Needed:

Generators
Nail Guns & Nails - 3"
Saws
Chainsaws!!
Screw Guns & Screws - 3" deck
Heavy Chains - for dragging logs and also anchoring the bridges Rope
(synthetic) - for weaving the barrels together and handrails among other
things.
A decent sized pickup truck and/or trailer - to Fetch wood and drag logs,
Other Miscellaneous tools - if anybody has any ideas let me know.
